The National Retail Federation (NRF) show in New York is always a hub of energy. This year, the competition for attention was high. However, Ubiquiti stood out with a 10×20 space that felt much larger than its footprint. Our goal was to create an environment that felt open while remaining highly functional.
Smart Solutions for an Efficient NRF Booth
Efficiency was the main priority for this layout. To achieve this, we utilized a clean, open floor plan. This allowed visitors to move freely while engaging with the technology. A hands-on demo cabinet served as a central point for interaction. Nearby, an integrated LED wall provided dynamic visuals that drew people in from the aisles.
Additionally, we installed illuminated displays along the back wall. These sections provided a clear view of their latest product releases. Of course, no Ubiquiti setup is complete without a professional server rack display. This element grounded the space in the brand’s core identity of robust networking.
A Memorable Visual Identity
The aesthetic focused on a crisp white background and matching carpet. This choice allowed the signature blue glow of the equipment to pop. Consequently, the contrast created a sharp, modern look that was easy to recognize across the hall. While the footprint was modest, the impact was significant. Ultimately, the project proved that you don’t need a massive space to make a lasting impression at a major trade show.
