NAB 2026 wrapped up a couple of weeks ago, but we couldn’t wait to share this stunning build we completed for Ubiquiti. If you walked the floor, you probably noticed their space. We had the pleasure of fabricating and installing this sleek IT exhibit design, and the final result was absolutely striking.
Crafting a Modern IT Exhibit Design
Honestly, stepping into this 30×40 footprint felt a lot like walking into a high-end tech retail store. The entire space featured an ultra-modern, crisp white color palette. Furthermore, this minimalist approach really made their sleek hardware pop. To separate the space from the venue’s standard blue aisles, we laid down a textured, light grey carpet. Additionally, striking blue LED under-glow lighting surrounded the base of the displays, giving the whole area a futuristic edge.
At the heart of the layout stood a massive, solid white structural block. This central architecture anchored the booth and cleverly concealed a private meeting room. High up on these walls, glowing backlit logos proudly displayed the “UBIQUITI” and “UniFi” branding.
Built directly into this central structure were bright, recessed alcoves categorized by product lines. These custom displays featured wall-mounted hardware right next to flat-screen TVs. Around the floor, long island counters showcased cleanly laid-out hardware ecosystems. As a Las Vegas exhibit builder, we love seeing a floor plan that encourages attendees to freely explore.
Finally, the setup included several tall, glass-fronted server racks. These racks were brilliantly lit inside to highlight some incredibly satisfying, perfectly organized cable management. Ultimately, this open and inviting trade show booth allowed visitors to get hands-on with the gear from every possible angle.
