Bringing the Ubiquiti Brand to Life at UniFi Toronto 2026
We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working closely with Ubiquiti Inc. for years now, and we are always thrilled when we get the call to support another one of their amazing events. This time, our team packed up and headed to the beautiful Park Hyatt in Canada for the highly anticipated UniFi Toronto on August 19th, 2026!
If you aren’t familiar, UniFi Toronto is a bit different from the massive, global UniFi World Conferences. It’s a specially curated, regionally focused event designed to help the UniFi team connect directly with their loyal customers and partners right there in Canada. Because the setting is more intimate and focused, the event space needed to look absolutely flawless.
That’s where we came in.
For this event, our team was tasked with constructing two distinct display elements to help elevate the attendee experience and keep the aesthetic undeniably “Ubiquiti.”
First up, we built a sleek, static display that anchored the main conference space. It provided a great focal point for attendees mingling between sessions.
But the real star of the show was the custom attendee check-in station. We wanted to create a first impression that screamed “UniFi” from the moment people walked through the doors. To pull this off, we designed a beautiful unit featuring two iPad Air tablets flush-mounted directly into raised, blue backlit panels. If you’ve ever seen one of Ubiquiti’s regular exhibit booths, you know exactly the vibe we were going for—clean, modern, and highly technical. It was perfectly on-brand and functioned just as beautifully as it looked.
Overall, the event was a massive success, with a fantastic turnout of Canadian UniFi customers. We are incredibly proud to have played a part in making the day look and feel so special.
