Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our social media presence while creating engaging content that showcases our exhibit design expertise. Working closely with our Creative Director, this role combines creative content creation with strategic marketing to help us connect with potential clients and industry partners across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Design

• Design eye-catching graphics and visual content for social media posts across various platforms under guidance from the Creative Director
• Edit and enhance photos of completed exhibit projects, trade show installations, and behind-the-scenes content
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials and social media channels
• Collaborate with Creative Director to ensure all content aligns with brand standards and strategic objectives

Content Writing & Strategy

• Write engaging blog posts for our website covering industry trends, project spotlights, trade show insights, and company updates
• Develop corresponding social media posts to promote blog content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create platform-specific content that resonates with our target audience of business decision-makers and trade show participants

Social Media Management

• Maintain active presence across multiple social media platforms
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and engagement opportunities
• Track social media performance metrics and adjust strategy accordingly

Qualifications

• Experience with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred)
• Strong writing skills with ability to create engaging, professional content
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices
• Photo editing experience required
• Knowledge of trade show industry or B2B marketing is a plus
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

• Develop detailed CAD drawings, 3D models, and shop drawings for trade show booths and exhibits.
